Completed undergraduate (mechanical engineering) degree in 1988 and postgraduate (thermal engineering) degree in 1990 from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, India. Obtained PhD degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, Mumbai, India in 1997. My PhD work was related to mixed convection heat transfer. Joined teaching profession in the year 1996. My main research interests are: mixed convection heat transfer, CFD, nanofluids and renewable energy.
